ok, i got that problem fixed, but i bumped into an old problem i'd like to eliminate:

I don't believe it is a bug. It is how the PCM operates for those PIDS. Why don't you take the spreadsheet and compare it to 2.0's histograms like they were designed to be used and see what happens.
