obd11 or obd1 ???? 1995 ta lt1, i have used a obd1 scanner and it will not plug in so i got a obd2 and it is the right plug but wont scan any answers ,? i was told some 95 have obd1 system but obd2 plug? if so what do i do?

You were told correct...
Your 95 is an OBDI car.. it has the OBDII style connector since it was a transition year
