Consistant hesitation in Dyno pull-----Help

Default Consistant hesitation in Dyno pull-----Help

We are trying to tune a 427 solid roller. It has a F.A.S.T. and TB (90mm) and also has a 85mm maf sensor. At 5700 rpm it has a huge pop and the graph dips down and the goes right back online continues through the pull and makes good power but can not get rid of that pop. Very consisitant in every pull. Does the same thing at 5700rpm. Any help would be great

I think it'd be good to go through the spark, PE,
MAF tables and eyeball them for discontinuities
(graphical display). Something might've gotten
fat-fingered during editing? A divot or spike in
any of these would make such a transient "burp"
as you pass through the cell.

Valvetrain resonance is also sometimes mentioned
as a cause of this kind of thing. But squinting at
curves is easier than R&Ring valvesprings....

Default Quick Question

Can you lock the MAF table at a certain number or does it have to gradually go from persay, 2.13 on up to where it ends up? The reason that I ask you this is because, when I just looked at the graph for the MAF frequency, the air fuel follows what the MAF 2D looked like. If I lock it in to a specific number, will that lock in the air fuel? Let me know if that is a possibility. Thanks a ton for your help.
