Effects of running speed density using only Secondary VE table?

Effects of running speed density using only Secondary VE table? Hey Guys,
I've been running in Speed Density mode for a couple of weeks now, but since my car is a 99, the PCM is using the lower resolution Secondary VE table. Are there any significant issues to be concerned about when using the secondary table for any considerable length of time?

That's all I running mine on. I hope to upgrade to the new EFI Live operating system with high res. VE tables and both main spark tables in the very near future.
