I'm doing the same exact mod. 99 PCM & harness into a 94 3.4 Camaro. Search the archives (for the enitre site) , there's a wealth of info. I ended up buying both 94 and 99 Helms factory manuals. I am also replacing the interior (dash, console and gauges) so I am trying to connect most of the items.

You will also have to change out the fuel pumps and I don't know if they are wired differently.

Did the same here but had the harness done at speartech. You'll need a 12v constant power source for the pcm because it wont match in the car, i believe it was an orange wire. I wish i could help more.

I have done these swaps ALOT of times. Your gauges and everything else can be made to work easily. You just need to conect them. Remove the sensors from the v6, and install them into the new engine(but still retain the LS1 sensors as well), then just pulg them with the old harness. You need to hook up a couple batt wires and a couple ign wires, and a few grounds to the new pcm . The rest is easy.
