Default Clutch Safety Circuit (P0704)

I can't seem to get rid of this code. I've replaced and adjusted the switch, cleared the code, but the it keeps coming back. I've read somewhere that this isn't even supposed to set the SES and it could be PCM related failure. I did a search and didn't find any other solutions, so I figured I would ask and see if anyone has come across this problem and has resolved it. Thanks all.

that is the circuis malfunction, did you check on all the wiring to make sure no wires were cut or frayed?
