97 vette with boost

97 vette with boost I've got hp tuners and have been using it to dial the car in at part throttle n/a. I went to order the 2-3 bar map setup today, to find out that hpt does not support that setup earlier than 99.
I knwo there has to be a solution, and int he edit days you could swap an obd 2 pcm into an obd1 car to get better tuning ability, can this be done with the newer cars? (i.e. 2000 vette pcm in a 97 vette so that I can take advantage of 2-3 bar map setup) or maybe option 2 of just drop a 3bar map in and slowly rework the entire ve table to match while losing resolution (yikes) or blow it through the maf (equally yikes)
