For a boosted app., which tuner?

For a boosted app., which tuner? Is EFI or HPT better for a boosted app (under 15 PSI) and maybe some NOS?

EFILive will be releasing some nitrous specific Custom Operating systems soon this coupled with their boosted OS should do everything you want and more

I guess that I should have stated that I already own HPT.
I need to hook up a wideband and now I probably need to go to a 2 bar MAP, in that I need to flow around 1000 CFM and it seems cheaper to dump the MAF rather than try to find one that flows that much.
So with HPT, I need the enhanced interface and 2 bar SD upgrade.
I would have to learn either software
