LS1Edit: Same features for PC-Locked Version as Unlimited Version?

LS1Edit: Same features for PC-Locked Version as Unlimited Version? Someone is telling me the LS1Edit Single-User version does not have as many features as the Unlimited Version.
I told them, based on the info at www.Carputing.com , that the only difference between the Unlimited version and the Single User version is that a shop could do an unlimited number of PCMs for their customers and the Single_user version would be limited to the VIN Number paid for.
Is that correct?
I think LT1Edit had some cheaper versions with limited parameters editable and that may be causing some confusion.
