Re: DMCA - I hope this law gets struck down in court - and the sooner the better! AFAIK It is specifically to protect against copyright violation, etc. (e.g. DVD's are encrypted - even if fair use lets us make a copy for personal use *legally* we are barred from making that copy because the process required (un-encrypting the DVD) would be a violation of law. It's a backhanded way of removing fair use))
I don't think LS1 Edit is guilty of any copyright violations, but honestly I don't know. GM hasn't had issues with LT1 Edit, or tuners, etc. - and I think as long as they don't press the case it isn't an issue anyway.
