LS1 Edit ???? problems on one not the other

LS1 Edit ???? problems on one not the other I sent my computer out to a very reputable shop, they did my computer with LS1 edit. I didn't have to much done to it but raise idle speed, rpm to 6800 and o2 sims nothing much else. I just need some small things done to it, well I got it back and put it in the car, it didn't work, the car wouldn't idle and if i pushed the gas it would just make the car do nothing but sputter, well we decide to use a friends computer off his 98 and send this one back to have check out, well it ran fine in one of the cars in the shop so they sent it back, well it didn't work on my car, so we decide to use it on my friends car, well if that aint about a son of a bitch that dam thing works on his car, I just can't really figure out why it would work on his but not on mine, it is the original computer out of my car. I am currently using a friends computer and it works fine, but dam the luck, I just wounder what you guys might think why my computer will work in his car and not mine, but his computer works in mine with hpp3 programming, really confused. I really need this thing to work, but I just have had the worst luck, been thru a couple of motors and it has been one thing after another with this car, but that is what racing is all about. I would like to finalize my project and go racing but can't without this computer done,

Re: LS1 Edit ???? problems on one not the other My original computer was never programmed, I only used hpp3 on it, it does work in all other 98's just not on my car, which I just can't figure out why it would work on other cars and not mine, I am currently using a friends computer on my car that is programmed by hpp3 and it works on my car, just the idle speed is not what is needed so I will have to get this all figured out quickly

Re: LS1 Edit ???? problems on one not the other 1998, I am just at a loss, How would it work in his car and not work in mine, they are both 98's, his computer is programed by hypertech. I have been using it through out this hole ordeal. I just can't understand why it workes fine in his car but not mine. To me this makes no sense, my own computer works on others cars but not mine??????
