I looked all over trying to get it a few weeks ago to no avail. Dave is pretty quick to respond through email though. I'm sure Ken would be also. You might want to try that. Their email addresses are on the carputing website.

Email is their preferred method of contact. As far as getting their numbers that is up to them - you would need to email to ask. They are excellent about responding to mail though.
