Default what causes DTC's P0135 and P0155

i got these codes this morning when i started the car. I searched what they meant and it is a " Heated Oxygen Sensor Circuit " The crappy thing is that i recieved this code before for B1S1 and i replaced the O2 sensor thinkin it was bad after i did my header install, but now i got the code again but this time for both sides. Any clues as to what sets this code off?
