Default hypertech 75% shift firmness safe?

Is the hypertech shift firmness safe? I am running 75%

I hear alot about it not being safe, but I figured even a trans go shift kit would increase the line pressure like the hypertech does???

I would not use more than the 50% setting.

I ran 100% increase for a while, no problems. But once I got my shift kit I put it back to 0
