P1571 Code

I've alway got this code, but now with the new engine it goes into reduce power mode. On the LS1 Edit the MAX Torque is set at 620. Do I need to raise this higher or look at something else?

Hey, don't know, but I get the same freakin code on my 97. In the manual it says to replace pcm. Not sure if I am convinced that it will fix the problem.
