you could look at the apark, fuel, etc. tables and manufally copy over the relevant changes, but you can't load a different program into your computer with LS1 Edit.
The vette computer also is set up differently than an f-bod computer, so a swap really isn't an alternative.
The question becomes why? More power? You can do a better job tweaking the tables yourself i you put some time into it - which would be my suggestion.

I was just wondering about this myself, as the Z06/LS6 calibration had fulltime closed loop. I believe different closed loop parameters were used at WOT, due to the inaccuracies of the stock 02s, but it was closed loop nonetheless. Just thought it was something interesting to try. Might be worth a shot for the C5 LS1 edit guys...
