TRUE OR FALSE? TRUE OR FALSE? To lean out my 10% rich LTFTs I should:
(1) Add 10% value to the MAF table.
(2) Subtract 10% value from the VE table.
(3) Do something else. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />
(4) Add to the top to this post because you want to know the same thing. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
(5) Call John Force crew chief. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Re: TRUE OR FALSE? 1) false. If you're LTRIMs are rich (i.e. negative numbers) you are adding too much fuel for the amount of air present. You want to tell the computer that there is less air for a given MAF reading. Therefore, you want to REDUCE the table by 10%. Slightly negative LTRIMs are beneficial. Also, using this method will lean you out at WOT which you have to correct through the PE table.
