Ignition timing 24.35 @ idle

Re: Ignition timing 24.35 @ idle
I never pay attention to timing while idling. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> I will take a peek tonight and let you know what mine is but it might be weird because I just put in heads/cam and have not done anything (not even drilled out the tb blade).

Heads, Cam, Clutch, rear, thermostat, have not drilled the blade. My idle goes from about 680 to 850 and dies out some time. I can't drive it yet untill my rear brakes come it and get installed. I also need to have the mounts welded to my frame for the WolfRaceCraft sway bar. I'm hopeing all of this in the next few days.

Looks like mine is about the same. I don't know how important timing is at idle but mine was about like yours after my car got to operating temp. Hope this helps.
