I know it's not "summer" yet, But just wondering if there was any chance that it could be released any sooner? Need to get new gears and that TM is driving me crazy!

You may want to look into the possibility of re-imaging your PCM with a 2000 PCM image, or of finding a 2000 PCM in a junkyard. I am under the impression that either will work with your car, and bot would allow you to start working with LS1Edit.
Be aware though that at this point, TM is not appearing to budge even after LS1Edit. I think Ken at Carputing is looking into that though.

I had John at Speartech www.speartech.com set mine to +20 and now I see 20 degrees of timing through the shifts.
BTW- The 1-2 shift on slicks with the FLP tranny and +20 degrees of timing actually hurts my neck it hit so hard.

This means that torque management is still active in your car. Speartech must have changed the spark retard limit table. If torque management was disabled than changing the spark retard limit table would not have any affect.

The spark retard limit table is our TM demon. There may be another way to disable it but this works.
