If you make a one click change on the MAFT to the base setting, no PCM reset would be helpful.
Any number of clicks to the WOT setting does not need a PCM reset. A change to the WOT setting probably has no learning associated with it so you should get an immediate response from the engine at WOT.

Keep in mind when you yank power from PCM
OR delete DTCs you force all I/M 240 tests back to non complete state and force the cpu of PCM to take process time away from other functions to now do those tests over where some I/M tests can take as many as 40 drive cycles to get back to a completed state.
There is no real positive to yanking power for a MAFT change, just do the 1 hour engine run time before making any further tuning judgements.
