Default Descreened MAF ???

In LS1 Edit, how much did you change the FlowGm/sec table to compensate for the 100cfm increase.I'm getting low speed surging and have been trying to reduce it.
Thanks Rich.

How much did your LTRIMs change as a result of the swap? I would use that percentage.

I removed the screen about 6 months ago and used the MAFT to tune it. I just installed a cam and heads with SVO 30#. I rescaled the injectors and I would like to adjust the Maf.What CFM does a stock MAF flow, and could I just add or subtract the % of change to the table? Or am I wasting my time and just tune using my Ltrim values.

I'd tune based upon the LTRIMs and they may be fine w/o doing anything; you need to go measure them. Don't forget an accross the table change in MAF rate will also effect the WOT A/F.

How did you come up with the 100cfm increase figure by descreening the MAF?

Wich intake do you have?

just a little curious for now...

Thanks ...... 1002

I found it while doing a search on the MAF. I'm using the LS6 intake.
