O2's Junking Out???
Anyways I rescaled the injectors by 93% which gave me 0%,-4%) Ltrims. WOT was in the .980mv-1.01mv range and timing was down to 21 degrees advance so multiplied PE Rpm by 84%. (Blunt knife tuning I know but I'm just trying to baseline, besides Im scared of excel bad college experience
) Then the 02's got funky. Starts out @ 2500rpm .740mv b1, and .830mv b2, but no knock retard or audible pinging and getting full stock timing. Then the 02's gradually rise to .880mv .915 @ 4800rpm. Then jump to .940mv .970mv from 5200-6800, still full timing. Car feels strong no hesitation or flat spots. What gives?
At first I even did 80% PE and saw some .680-.730 02's with no knock or pinging. Kinda fishy if you ask me.
Are my O2's junking out and/or is my edit tuning a lil rough edged. I took out another 4% PE from 5200-up. I figure if I'm not getting any knock then it's most likely running pretty good. I'll know for sure Saturday when I get it dynoed and WB'd.
Then my ls1 edit wouldn't work, almost fried the pcm and the car wouldn't start, but saved with a fuse reset. Got off the dyno and whadda ya know ls1 edit worked fine. Redid a quick pe fuel map and the car ran leaner and also unstable on the wideband DOH! o2 range from 15.7:1-13.0:1, but no knock retard or pinging. Car still put down 371rwhp 368 rwtq.
Needless to say I'm gonna try and tune richer and shoot for .900's if possible.
