Default bad o2?

What exactly does it mean when one of your o2 sensors is reading .455 mv at any speed? I was trying to figure out this a-tap when I noticed that the driver side front o2 was stuck on this reading no matter what I did. I haven't seen any codes or anything. Sean

Did you ever figure this problem out? I am having almost the same thing on my passenger side?

.450 is flat reference voltage like when it's not warmed up or not operating. You should be throwing codes though if that were the case?

I had this problem when my O2 heater circuit wasn't working. Could be a heater circuit or a bad O2.
