Do VE tables affect smog?

Do VE tables affect smog? I have to get my car smogged(CA) tomorrow. My VE tables are not perfect, -15 in most spots(LTFT). Will this affect my car being able to pass smog? Or should I put the stock VE tables back in?

Hope you pass. As long as they dont make it go into WOT you would be ok, right? The PCM should pull it back to the right AFR, however, do they test the raw amount of emissions or just the ratio or gasses?
