Help with an SES light...... I'm getting EGR codes P0404 & P0405
404-EGR Circuit Range/Performance
405-EGR Sensor A Circuit Low
What should i look at to fix these. Are these the EGR valve itself? I'd like to keep emmisions friendly so just "getting rid of" the emmisions/EGR is not an issue. Thanks for any help. This is a '98 TA A4.

Re: Help with an SES light...... From what I gather reading the Helms, it -could- be the EGR valve itself. Might be the wiring continuity between EGR and pcm. If you look at a Helms manual it could help you to decide.
