Cutouts and cam and headers???

Cutouts and cam and headers??? would cut outs give some extra power at the track ????????/ i heard some people say i would lose power????? i have a 224/224 563/563 112 cam and hooker headers???????? i would like at least .1 sec with the cout outs.. i would like to know in a hurry because i have the mccord powwer plates comming in and i dont want to waste my money

Last year I was running very basic bolt on and back to back testing multiple times showed an open cut out would give me an average of .18 reduction in 1/8 et and 2 mph increase.
This was with a factory exhuast and pos flowmaster welded in replace of the factory muffler. I don't think these are typical...i hope the flowmaster isn't that bad...thinking mine might have been clogged or something. But none the less the results are the same.
