my 50# injector tuning woes

Re: my 50# injector tuning woes
Yeah the billet fuel pressure regulator. I have purchased 2 so far at 100 bux each as thats what he sells them for on ebay. I removed the intank regulator and will take a side by side pic so people can see how insignificant the stocker is.
Now with the vacuum hose hooked up I am at 41 psi of fuel pressure at idle.....it rises to 50 psi as i get to zero vacuum and then rises 1:1 with boost. I need to calculate how much hp 50# injectors can support at 60 psi fp (50 psi + the 10 psi it gets at 1:1 under boost)

Your rated delivery is still 50psi, as the extra 10psi is just to compensate for the pressure in the intake it is injecting into. Make sense?
I'm guessing the 50s deliver 51 lb/hr at 50psi FP, not much different. The 50s don't change their output as much as other injectors when fuel pressure is increased. HP supported should still be around 800.

I bought one and we tried it on 2bseens vortech h/c car while my car was down. It worked great so then I bought another for myself. I plumbed it in just over the axle using a 12" steel repair line from pepboys....rubber fuel line...2 hose clamps...and to an ---> barb fittings from a hydraulic company here in town.

yes, could you please post a quick how to of how you remove the stock one and plumb this guy in.
I think this sounds like a very worthwhile thing to do.
