Has anyone tried this? I think it requires the annihilator DIS ignition too, and its a bit mroe expensive than LS1-edit. Just curious if its similar to Edit.

It's awesome stuff. We have one, but the car is still being built...We got the Annililator also.
It is a lot different from what we see to anything else. Stand alone hardware, 3D graphic software, built for drag racing. Will post what it's like when were running after finishing the car.

Yeah, I saw the price for the annihilator <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> $2500 from Summit!

Can it be run without that? I know some things will be sacrificed, but that is a hefty sum of money!

Both are stand alone units, meaning they work independent of each other. Both have 3D graphics software. we decided to go with both, as its a drag race only, ultimate set-up car. If you can work the LS1 ignition by itself, yes then it would be fine. As before, once we run the new race car, will post what it's like...
Anyone regarding can you run the ignition system on an LS1 without the fuel injection system?
