Default Security Light still on after VATS delete WTF??

I had my vats deleted from a tuner shop, and the securoty light is still on. i had a basic tune done and had the shift point adjusted, all that good stuff and had the VATS deleted and even the tuner have never seen that before. What can i do to get that damn light to go off, is there a wire i can clip or a bulb to take out. Currenty the VAts are deleted

Someone I think it was on the hptuners site had the same problem, I suggested trying to disable error reporting for the security codes, not sure if that would work, but seems logical to me. Your security light is in you DIC, so you cant remove that part.

your tuner should be able to tune off the error report.
I have had my security light come on at times, and my vats are dissabled too. Many people have had to replace the key switch to fix the light, i think that is what is wrong with mine, and maybe yours?
