LS1edit or Autotap?????

Which one is better and how much do they both cost...also, where can i get them?

They do completely different tasks.

ATAP reads the computer while the engine is running allowing you to diagnose problems and get information to use in fine tuning the cars performance.

Edit allows you alter the PCM so that it controls the motor (and A4 transmission) the way you desire it to be done. Frequently you use the results from ATAP to decide what changes to make using Edit.

Are there any web sites which carry "reconditioned" laptop computers that may be purchased for a much lower cost? It's difficult for me to justify buying a new laptop when I get ATAP. Any comments?
