HOW 2 remove PCM to ship 4 tuning???

HOW 2 remove PCM to ship 4 tuning??? Hey guys..I'm getting ready to get my car programmed for the Hot Cm I just thre in my A4...Question is, how do I remove the PCM? Do I ship that whole cluster that is located on the passenger side firewall? Any info. from those who have done it is appreciated. Thanks!!!

Re: HOW 2 remove PCM to ship 4 tuning??? Hey. I removed mine when i did my shifter install for convience (so it did still have that plastic mount on it). But all you do, if i remember correctly, is first disconnect the battery. Remove the 2 bolts that connect the wiring to the PCM. After that, remove the 2 bolts that connect the mount to the chassis and out it comes. Though you may have to bend and move some stuff while figiting with the PCM before it slides out.
