HPTuner shipping question

I just ordered HPtuners for 00-01 fbody on Thursday. The web site said 2-3 days for a tracking number. Can anyone verify the average time it takes to receive the software/cable?

I wish they had a phone number to contact for service instead of the support emailing.

i never got a tracking #. They ship about once a week.

Keith,
I just shipped my cable to you guys today and it should be there in a day or 2. I also paypal'd 200 bucks to upgrade me to the usb and eio cable. Any chance ill see it this month? I emailed Ken and have been working with him, but i cant check my yahoo at work.
