Check this out.
The clutch one I know about as I just adjusted the Ram again and that is probabky causing it. What causes that EGR code though? The P0405 is togglled off in my PCM but it is still coming on for some reason. This just started happening today. Can anybody help me out?
As for the P0140, is that my front 02 going bad?

the p0140 code is your left rear 02 sensor.prolly due to gutted cats. the other rear o2 code is p0160. as for the egr codes, mine does the same thing... the ses light stays off but if i read codes with autotap it still comes up. only thing i can think off that might keep it from showing up on a-tap is going into the hardware diagnostics at the bottom and click toggle until it reads type c. i might run outside and try it myslef and i will let you know if it works....

I was thinking about doing that also. Just changing it to c or whaterver the "off" setting is. Its possible I get that code all the time also but just never knew it. The clutch switch circuit is what probably illuminted the light. Does anybody know if I can just turn that clutch soleniod off as I have the adjustable master set perfecticly now and I dont care that the car "thinks" there is something wrong.
If its the rear 02's I dont care at all <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> I thought they were the front ones.

I just went through this.....
there are two places on the same screen to turn it off...they must both be turned off in order for the light not to come on. I'm positive you just have the one in the middle of screen turned off. Several of us have doen the same thing.
