Default Idle question
We put the Thunder 224 cam in a 2000 WS6. POrted the heads and put the LS6 intake on it. When you first start the car it Idles around 400 rpm's. If you give it some gas it will idle just fine afterwards. I've adjusted the idle with LS1 Edit.

What would make it idle so low when you first start the car?

My car does that everytime I disconnect/reconnect the negative battery cable. Its just the PCM relearning the idle - I understand it is normal.

It does it everytime you start the car. We've only disconnected the battery once.
