I don't have autotap handy so can't tell you if it is a display option in there.
But for our purposes
injector duty cycle(%) = injector pulsewdith(msec)* rpm / 1,200
This gives you duty cycle in units of percentile. The 1,200 is just a constant that reflects the 4 stroke /v8 setup and percentile conversion.

If you are going to be running flat out for long periods of time at high rpm (roadracing, silverstate, cannonbal run type things, etc.) then I would go with the classic 80% rule (no more than 80% duty cycle). For drag racing, short bursts (less than 1 min, etc.) 90-93 percent is about the max I would go.
