Using my stock MAF with the screen, or with TR ends or with a brand new SLP 85 mm , it is always the same. It will usually throw the code when shifting under full acceleration. Any ideas?

Got a maft? P0103 is for high maf frequency. I got it all the time before I got edit. My maft had to be set +15% base and +2% wot for NA, that would sometimes trip it, but setting +15% and +10% for nitrous got it every time. There is a built in threshold for maf freq, mine was 11250Hz I believe. If you have a maft, try turning it back a notch or 2 and see if you can prevent it w/o any problems. Otherwise don't worry about it, it'll cut off the light after a while as long as you don't trigger it anymore.
