P0430 what are the options?

P0430 what are the options? ok... my car started throwing a P0430 error... it did this after I richened up the car with my MAFT (was running lean at part throttle, I richened too much and was running fat, now I have it set perfect, LTRIMS are zeroed out)
P0430 is
General Motors P0430 TWC System Low Efficiency Bank 2
Is there anything else that can cause this other than a bad rear O2 sensor?
If it is a bad 02 sensor would I be able to plug in autotap and watch the rear O2 sensors to see if it looks different than the other one?
Worst case scenario, once I get my PCM back I just edit out the codes with LS1 Edit <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
