Scanmaster, Maft and going 155mph+....??

Scanmaster, Maft and going 155mph+....?? Just wondering a small thing about scanmaster. When I hit recal after a WOT run it shows the knock retard and the other #... Do you want that # around 870?
During the day in the heat mine was reading 920's then tonight it was reading 870's. Is that good? I have my maft set 2% lean at wot..
Then I just went 155+mph for the first time in my new SS. And when I hit recall it read 780 and 3.8 knock retard. Why is this...because so much air or fuel cutting out.

Re: Scanmaster, Maft and going 155mph+....?? Andy...a good rule of thumb is to have your O2's in the range of .880 and .910. If you have your MAFT set to 2% lean @ WOT then the MAFT is doing it's job for you based on your readings. However, you're seeing knock retard because you're a little on the "lean" side. Bottom line, you want to tune your car more to the lean side WITHOUT introducing any knock retard.
