Rear O2 Simulators

Rear O2 Simulators I have rear O2 sims on my 98 TA that I no longer need since I have LS1Edit. Will those work on my dads 02 5.3L truck? We want to take the cats off before we catch a wheat or bean field on fire.
Also if that works and we take the cats off will his O2's work in my car. I think one of mine is bad since I get a pretty wide variation between banks one and two and that would save me having to buy one.
One last thing. Anyone know the code for the rear O2's so I can turn them off with Edit?
