Is it possible to “lock out” a PCM with LS1 Edit?

So what if my PCM was changed by another shop that used LS1 Edit on my stock PCM file? Should there be any issue with reading that file and using it as my base file to flash over? I don’t see why this would be an issue, Edit is Edit regardless of who did the initial tune.

Can a pcm programmed by Ed be downloaded and kept by LS1 Edit? Then the pcm reflased and edited. In case I wanted to go back to Ed's programming.

LS1Edit does have a security module available tuners
