Default My A/F Ratio is 9.7 : 1 How much gain can I expect?

Hi guys, I recently had my car dyno'd and it is running way to rich. My A/F ratio at WOT is 9.7:1. How much of a gain can I expect to see if the tuner can get it to 12.5:1 or even 13.0 :1? Will it be a SOTP difference when it's done?

I think with a SC you want her to run rich, but I would think below 12 5 to 1.. I say 12 flat would be nice. Go to the FI section for better results..

I ran at 11-11.5:1 with the blower to be safe. I would guess if everything is in order you will pick up 15-30rwhp (maybe more) depending on your setup. The car will seem a bit quicker <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Thanks for the replies guys. I guess I want to keep it a bit on the rich side for safety's sake. It's hard though, knowing there's more power there to tap into.

If you get lean with FI you're dead. They're right--stay on the rich side. Definitely don't get higher than 12.5.
