I asked this same question a while ago, here is what was said:
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><hr /><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif"> If I change my rear axle to a Ford-9 without an ABS sensor and ring, do I still retain front ABS? </font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Nope, the brakes will work like they always did but you will not have ABS
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><hr /><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif"> How can I get rid of the ABS INOP light without just taking the bulb out? </font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">You can't...there is now way to disable the bulb in LS1edit. Either take the bulb out or put a piece of black tape on the gauge face.
