Default HELP my car is not working Battery Died During Programing

well let me explain in a little more detail what happen i was programming my car and the battery died in the middle of me programming it and now when i hook up the programmer it says waiting for communication for my car turn key to on position and it keeps on reapeating itself and then it turns off. is there anything i can do? thanks for your help all is appreacated.....

That doesn't sound good.

When me and my friend were reading our stock program, the laptop kept getting locked up. Then when we disconnected it and tried to start our cars, they wouldn't start. All we did to fix it was disconnect the battery for a couple minutes. But in your case, I don't know if that would work because you were in the middle of sending a new program, right?

Yep, try disconnecting the battery, and then reconnect the HPP. It *may* resume programming.

If not, you'll need to call Hypertech and have them fix everything. When you talk to them, remember that you ARE the original owner of the programmer - and that you did NOT buy it used!

(I don't know if you did or not, but you must be the original owner for them to help you.)
