Re: hypertech??? Yes to the HPP3, if you don't feel like programming &/or don't have a notebook. With an HPP3, it's much harder to screw things up. But if you're a purist, go with LS1_Edit . . . the crowd here is very patient and knowledgeable. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Re: hypertech??? Looks like you guys haven't been doing your homework and reading the newest GM hi-tech issue p.46. They added the PP3 to a basically stock ta and got 10.9hp & 15.9 lb/ft at around the 3000 rpm mark. I'd say that's a pretty substantial gain without even getting your hands dirty!

Re: hypertech??? I agree. If you are very computer savy then LS1 edit is great, but for those less inclined like myself, the HPP3 is a very useful tool. I gained most from the increased shift points, power tuning (which increased the timing a bit), and lowered fan temp settings. It showed on my ETs. Good luck.
