Default Autometer tach/shift light install questions

Does naybody have or know where to get some "detailed" instructions on stalling a tach and/or shift light from say autometer for a 99 LS1? i found the document for the 98' on the "other boards" but the factory tach output wire on a 99' and up are diff than the 98. anybody know about this??

It is the white number 10 wire on the PCM.

Is everything else the same as the 98 ?
