Default File Conversions

Is there a file conversion utility.

I am most interested in converting my old LS1Edit (*.ls1) to EFILive files (*.tun). But would be interested in hearing about any conversion utility.

they should load right into EFIlive without converting. I've done it with no problem.

Oh wait, it was a .bin file, I think it was an LS1 edit file.
Can you make it a .bin?

If there was a conversion utility for .ls1 to .bin, I could make it a .bin.

But EFILive won't recognize .ls1 files.

If Efilive customers send me their computer, then i upgrade the pcm to the newer operating system for free. " they just cover exact shipping charges"

Or you can purchase the Commercial upgrade from me for $150 and i will email the upgrade. You can email me direct with any questions you may have. Thanks Jes

What if I were to buy another pcm as a backup. Do any of the years 98-02 computers work with my 00 car? Does all of the electrical fit? and does anyone know if there is a size difference between ECU's ??

if you still have your ls1 edit cable you could send your ls1 edit file to the pcm and then read it back with the efi cable

In your case you don't even need your ls1Edit cable.

Simply ready the pcm tune directly into EFILive and save it and you are good to go.

That one is really ez.

I don't have the stock tune loaded. I paid someone to tune my car last year with ls1 edit. I now have bought efi and am learning to tune but I would like to have a copy of my stock tune. The guy who tuned my car sent me my stock tune but since he used ls1 edit I can't open it.
