Passing emission testing???????

Passing emission testing??????? I'm looking for any tips, tricks or advice for passing emission testing. I have a T1 Cam, MAC headers w/ CATS.
I've seen an additive at the autoparts store to help pass, is this advised?
My LTrims -02 at cruise, are there other settings I should shoot for for better test results?
Do the O2 numbers matter since they don't go WOT?
Things I do know is highway cruise before the test, leave the car running, Also I will return the fans back to the stock setting.
