Default Need help tuning my 83 lb/hr. injectors...

Guys,

I wired up the acceleronics impedance converter and tossed in my 83s today and I am having some problems.

The car starts and runs with changes to the Injector Flow Rate table...the car seems to like right around 10.5 fixed values (because I have a regulator).

The base FP is 67 psi and the car runs decently...BUT!

- When the car stays in a fuel cell too long then the o2s pretty much stop switching and the car goes rich and sits at about .93s (it even does this at idle).

How can I fix this? Should I play with the injector offset table? I keep setting P0132 and P0152 codes (High Voltage Front o2 codes). I never had these codes before and I seriously doubt that both would take a **** at the same time.

Thanks,

Scott

Maybe you have addressed this already somehow, but I don't believe out stock PCMs will handle injectors > 50lb. George at Turbo Tech found this out a while back. The injectors will lock open using the stock PCM. I guess you could call him and chat about it.

Pretty sure you will have to run an aftermarket computer to run injectors >50lbs <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

Todd,

I know that is not the problem because I have a converter that will allow the sotock PCM to handle the larger injectors.

The car drives fine if you very RPM...It is only when it stays at one fuel cell that there is a problem and the car goes super rich.

I guess that I will try playing with the Injector Offset Table and see what gains I can make.
