I did the dressup mod where you reroute the wires on the passengers side of the engine compartment down inside the fenderwell. I thought I got it all back together the right way but now when I go to crank it, it just turns over but no fuel pressure. The fuel gauge is not doing anything either but I know I have a 1/4 tank (put gas in last night).

I thought all those wires were for stuff like the fans and crap.....should still "run" even if they had been off right?

Retrace each & every step you did & make sure nothing got cut , wires pulled thru connectors, or other damage you'll find it.

Pretty straight forward.. if you connected all the wires together right AND made good solder connections then you should be fine..

If you have a bad connection or even worse mixed up the wire then you have to re-trace.. hopefully you tried starting the car before you sealed everything back up..

Re-check everything.. the tough one will be if you switched the pink wires.. Also, since all those wires go to the front of the car I cant see them controling the starter or even more so the fuel pump.. but im no expert thats for sure.

Maybe a unrelated wire was knocked loose? Did you test the wire to the fuel pump to see if it is getting current? Did you disconnect the battery before doing this mod?

I fixed it last night at about 11:30 at night. I had a pair of "pretty pink" wires backwards. Switched them and I was off and running. Thanks for the help guys.
