Do I need Auto -Tap???

I should have my car soon with a new ARE 436ci stroker. Will I need to use it periodically to keep the thing running right?

Where do I buy it?

IMO a scan tool is good to have even for a "stock" engine. If for nothing else to be able to pull/read codes and data. Several of the sponsors carry them ------------------------->
Just look on their web sites or call them for pricing.

Bad news: It's the interface cable and laptop that costs!
I run the DOS version of the software on an old 486 Thinkpad, and it works fine for me. You can get a used Pentium II laptop pretty cheap, however. A lowend Pentium III should be pretty cheap by now.
